Parallax row background images not working mobile devices

In pootle page builder you can add background images to rows and easily give them a parallax effect.

However not all mobile devices easily support this feature. Therefore we have stopped the parallax background image setting work on all mobile devices, including tablets.

Over time we hope to introduce the feature, device by device.
