I didn't get an email after my order. What's going on?

It is possible that your payment didn’t reach us and your order was cancelled. Please check PayPal. About 1% of the orders we receive from customers get rejected because the customer does not have funding set up in PayPal. If this is the case you will need to order again. If you think the order went through successfully and you can’t see it in your account, please contact support.
